8. Bank Resolution: Preparation of the board resolution to open a company current bank account.

Name Proposals: Prepare at least 3 unique company names before starting the official registration process.
Name Meanings: Provide a brief definition if your proposed names are not in standard English or Malay (e.g., DM stands for Dynamic Momentum).
Application Fees: A deposit of RM200.00 is required upfront for the official SSM name search application.
Processing Time: The official SSM company name evaluation process typically takes 1 to 3 working days.
Resubmission Charge: If your initial name application is rejected, a fee of RM80.00 applies for each new name resubmission.
Official SSM Name Search Results:
Passed: Approved and reserved for your company registration.
Reject: Denied because the name matches or closely resembles an existing registered company.
Queries: Requires amendments or additional clarification before official approval can be granted.
To successfully register and incorporate a private limited company (Sdn Bhd) in Malaysia, your entity must meet these baseline regulatory requirements set by SSM:
Minimum Personnel: Must have at least 1 Director, 1 Shareholder, and 1 licensed Company Secretary.
Director Eligibility: Directors must be at least 18 years old, of sound mind, and ordinarily reside within Malaysia.
Legal Clearance: Directors must not be an undischarged bankrupt and must not have any criminal convictions related to fraud, cheating, or corporate mismanagement inside or outside Malaysia.
Single-Director Criteria: For companies setup with only 1 director/shareholder, details of a designated nominee or heir (IC copy, contact number, and address) must be provided.
Share Allotment: Every shareholder must own at least 1 share unit and sign the official Section 201 declaration form.
Company Ownership: Full ownership is allowed for both local Malaysian citizens and foreign nationals, as well as joint ventures between them.
Registered Office: Every incorporated company must maintain a valid, physical registered office address within Malaysia.
Business Activities: Clearly select and outline 1 to 3 primary business activities to define the official objectives of your company.
Processing Timeline: The full company incorporation process generally takes 3 to 5 working days after submission to the SSM counter.
Once the company name is approved by SSM, the official incorporation documentation begins:
Document Submission: Email a scanned copy of your IC/passport to dmcorporatesb@gmail.com.
Document Preparation: Your Company Secretary will generate the official Superform and statutory declaration forms.
Digital Signatures: All appointed directors and shareholders must sign the incorporation documents.
Identity Verification: Submit clear copies of identity cards (NRIC) or passports for security compliance and verification.
Final Payment: Settle the remaining service balance to trigger the final submission to the CRS SSM portal.
This is the final milestone where your business officially and legally exists in Malaysia:
Notice of Registration: SSM will review the submission and issue the official digital incorporation certificate (within 1 to 3 working days).
Certified True Copies: Your Company Secretary will provide certified true copies (CTC) of your official Superform and corporate profile.
Post-Incorporation Compliance: Your corporate secretarial file will be fully activated, and you are now legally ready to start business operations.
