About Readymade Company In Malaysia
Ready-made companies (also known as shelf companies) are corporate entities that have been fully registered and incorporated under the Companies Act 2016.
Our available companies are incorporated using our own internal capital, promoters, and subscribers. We strictly guarantee that these companies have never carried out any business transactions, accumulated any liabilities, or opened any bank accounts since their date of incorporation.
Ownership of these shelf companies can be transferred immediately to you, allowing you to start your business operations without waiting for the standard SSM registration process.
Every ready-made company was originally registered by a local Malaysian director and shareholder. Upon purchase, the existing directors and shareholders will be completely replaced by your new appointed team, subject to official approval by the Registrar of Companies (SSM).
Once the transfer is complete, you will receive all official statutory corporate documents. Directors can immediately start trading under the existing company name, or request a formal name change to match your corporate branding preferences.
Clients can easily select a company name from our available shelf company list. Our secretarial team will fully manage the restructuring process, including the share transfer lodgment and the formal appointment of your new board of directors.
